Teen Ink is a national, student-run magazine that accepts student submissions of poems, essays, stories, art, and other writing. It also has a blog that publishes student work online. A great organization for getting student work out to a wide audience!

Poetry Out Loud is a national poetry contest sponsored yearly by the National Endowment for the Arts. Each student memorizes and recites poems from a collection. The contest begins on the school-wide level, progresses to a state competition, and concludes with a national competition in Washington D.C. The website includes an online poetry collection as well as videos of exemplary student recitations.
Poetry.com is a website that publishes a poem of the day and includes a large collection of online poems. A great general site for poet enthusiasts everywhere!
